Construction of the Heatpipe

All QDT Heatpipe Exchangers owns each type individual not connected and without drive operated heat pipes. The casing has flanges on both face area sides. The both partitions without or with dead space can separate both air or gas sides absolute. Through hermetic sealings of the tube sheet walls and of the partition walls is no cross contamination internal or external possible. The position of the partitions is variable during the unit calculation. The mounted end covers protect the lateral survive ends of the QDT Heatpipes.

Standard QDT Heatpipe Exchanger are airtight till +50 mbar, special welded QDT Heatpipe Exchanger are gastight possible till +2500 mbar.
